How to use this tier list

Pick a tier for each weapon using the S to D buttons on its card, or tap a card first and then tap the tier row you want. Use the class filters to work through one weapon type at a time, and press Download image when you are done.

Your ranking is stored in your own browser only. Nothing is uploaded, and no account is needed. Coming back later reopens the same ranking.

Why price decides more than damage in WARDOGS

Cash carries over between matches instead of resetting when you die. That changes the question from which gun hits hardest to which gun wins fights without draining an account you then have to rebuild. A free rifle you can replace every round can be worth more to you than an expensive one you lose once and cannot buy again.

This is why a tier list here is personal. A player who banks cash and plays carefully will rank the expensive long range options far higher than a player who pushes every objective and expects to lose kit.

Weapon classes at a glance

The roster below is grouped into nine classes: assault rifles for general infantry work, SMGs that trade reach for handling, shotguns for point blank rooms, LMGs for holding a position, marksman rifles for repeated fire at range, sniper rifles for single long range shots, a bow for silent kills, sidearms as backup, and launchers for answering vehicles.

Filtering by class is usually the fastest way to build a ranking, because weapons only really compete with others that do the same job.

Where these numbers come from

BULKHEAD has never published WARDOGS weapon prices or stats. The prices, rates of fire and calibres shown on each card were compiled by the player community from the Closed Alpha build, and they are included here only as a reference while you rank.

Two limits worth knowing. BULKHEAD has since confirmed 37 weapons at Early Access launch, so this roster of 33 may be incomplete. And because the game is in Early Access, balance figures can change with any patch.

Treat the numbers as a starting point, not as settled fact. The ranking you build is your own judgement, which is the part that does not go out of date when a patch lands.
